What do you want the coating to do? When working with new customers these are a few questions we look to guide us in the right direction. The more information you have to provide us the easier it will be to get the best coating for your project. Anti-stick? Dry Lube? Chemical resistant? Food Complaint? Non-stick? Will there be any abrasion? Will heat be involved? If so, what is the end use temperature? Will Heat be constant or intermittent? Do you have thickness or color requirements? What are the dimensions? Do you have a print or drawing? Do you want the entire part coated or a specific area? What Quantities are you planning to coat? Multiple lots? Do you have tolerances that must be met? Do you have special requirements or additional information we should know, such as: special packaging, shipping, cirtifications, specifications, date requirements, or drop shipping requirements? |
